At Hawken & Hill LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, Hawken & Hill LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
Other Returns: For returns not related to defects or damages, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
